Before any payment
Confirm the plan, billing currency, recurring amount, renewal date, usage allowance, additional charges and applicable taxes in your order. Browsing, running an example or submitting setup information does not take payment. Our controlled evaluation does not require card details at setup.
Cancel a subscription
Open the billing area in your customer workspace. Where subscription management is enabled, the billing portal shows the cancellation option and effective end date. If it is unavailable, contact secure support to record a cancellation request. A support request is not confirmation that cancellation has completed; keep the confirmation and effective date.
Period-end cancellation stops the next renewal after the displayed end date. Immediate cancellation and any adjustment require confirmation under your accepted agreement. Cancelling a subscription and refunding a payment are separate decisions.
Request a refund or report an incorrect charge
Use secure workspace support with the invoice reference, amount, currency and a short explanation. Never send card numbers, passwords or verification codes. We review the transaction, previous refunds, service history, cancellation date and any open dispute before confirming the outcome. No universal refund window or automatic refund entitlement is promised by this guide; the agreement and applicable rights govern the decision.
Do not submit repeated payments while a payment or refund is pending. A refund request does not itself cancel future renewals. Approved refunds require provider confirmation; an acknowledgement is not proof that funds have arrived.
Payment failed, authentication required or payment pending
Check the verified billing portal for the invoice and payment state. Complete any authentication only through the payment provider. A successful return to this website is not payment confirmation. Contact support if you see a duplicate charge, an unexpected renewal or a payment that remains unresolved.
Plan changes, disputes and service access
Check the effective date and any adjustment before accepting a plan change. Payment failures, cancellation and disputes can affect service access according to your agreement. Access restrictions and data retention are separate: cancellation does not automatically erase records. Privacy and export requests follow the privacy notice.
A disputed transaction must be reviewed before another refund is attempted, to avoid conflicting reimbursements. You can request billing support without being asked to withdraw a complaint.
